Hi, I am Bethany, a therapist and yoga teacher with 15 years of experience supporting the mental health of people from diverse backgrounds. You may also be experiencing racing thoughts, nervousness, or trouble sleeping. Everyday can feel difficult, and you wonder if these feelings will ever lift. There is hope, healing, and support. Together we will find answers to your questions and build your resilience and strength. I offer a holistic approach that integrates traditional talk therapy with somatic interventions to address all areas of need.
